At Plaza Marina Jacksonville, we offer a range of services for monthly slip renters* to make your Jacksonille experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Conveniently located in downtown Jacksonville our floating docks offer well protected monthly slip rentals with water and electrical service (30 & 50 Amp). All Vessels are secured behind locking gates.

*A minimum of 90 percent of the wet slips at this facility are available to the general public on a first come first served basis.

Transient

At Plaza Marina Jacksonville, we offer a range of services for transient boaters* as well . Our floating dock offers short term slip rentals (day/week/month) with or without water and electrical service (30 & 50 Amp). Convenient to TIAA Bank Field, Daily's Place, downtown attractions, special events and restaurants. Our team is always on hand to assist with any queries or concerns you may have.

• All pricing above excludes FL state tax (6%) and Duval County sales tax (1.5%)

• Rates are based on overall boat length (LOA) and includes engines, swim platforms, bow pulpits, etc.

• Contracts are monthly only. Rents are billed the 1st of every month and automatically renew. Rental contracts require one month security deposit in advance.

• Tenants must provide a 30-day advance termination notice on the 1st of the month you will be leaving the marina.

• Nearby Transient parking is available (off property)

• Staff available outside of regular business hours as required with advance notice.

Insurance Requirements:

• Plaza Marina requires Marine Insurance including P&I and Liability coverage with limits of at least $300,000. Policies should also specify coverage for fuel spills and wreck removal.

• Policy should name Plaza Marina as additional insured and that coverage shall not be canceled without prior (30 days) written notice to the tenant and marina.
